Need to change a toner cartridge in a Ricoh Photocopier?
Follow these steps!
- Step 1. Open Front door. You will see four colour toner bottles, each are labelled and colour coded.
- Step 2. Pull out / remove empty colour toner bottle and dispose (to be recycled)
- Step 3. Insert new toner bottle – push in, wait til it clicks
- Step 4. Shut the front door. When the machine comes back to ready. Job completed!
- Note if more than one toner needs to be replaced follow steps 1 2 3 4.
